This was fantastic! Compliments nicely with the chilly weather.

Nazia A - Dec. 12, 2023, 3:40 a.m.

Also trying to understand why people on against oat milk. Is it bad for you? I really liked it in this drink and other lattes I make. I mainly consume soy milk but I felt like this had such a wonderful creamy consistency.

PUL Team - Dec. 14, 2023, 7:19 a.m.

Hey Nazia, some people may avoid oat milk due to personal taste or dietary preferences, or for the fact that it can be a bit more sweet. Personally, we love it for the creamy consistency. It's not inherently bad for us; in fact, it can provide various nutrients like calcium when fortified. Feel free to enjoy whatever milk suits your taste and nutritional needs 😊

Riley - Nov. 30, 2023, 8:27 p.m.

Delicious! Can not wait to make more and gift it throughout the holiday season.

PUL Team - Dec. 1, 2023, 1:27 a.m.

Aw how kind of you to gift it, Riley! Thank you 🤗

lore - Nov. 12, 2023, 3 a.m.

I made it and enjoyed it but I think for my personal taste I’m gonna add a bit more peppermint and chocolate for a richer stronger flavor 🥰

Ash - April 11, 2023, 4:37 a.m.

Love it!

Sam - Dec. 13, 2022, 9:57 a.m.

Such a genius recipe idea for the holidays!

Thank you, Sam - happy holidays!

Alice - March 25, 2022, 3:43 p.m.

Hi from Germany. I Love this Latte. But.....I made 1 Serving to test it.....and ended with 3 teaspoons of the mix. But you write to take 1.5 teaspoons for 1 serving....I am confused.
Can you help. All the best, Alice

PUL Team - March 26, 2022, 10:46 p.m.

Hey Alice! Thanks for the question, we recommend 1.5 tablespoons (just over 3 teaspoons) per mocha. If you made one serving the recipe should yield this. The acronyms for tablespoon and teaspoon look super similar so we suspect the line may have been misread? We hope this helps for now and do let us know if there's anything else we can support with 😃

Alice - March 27, 2022, 5:05 p.m.

Oh thanks alot. I read it wrong and be ashamed. I made it for one serving and loved it alot. Changed the second one a little bit...1,5 teaspoons coffee and 1,5 teaspoons cacao. Because for my opinion it tastes more like an awesome hot chocolate. The second time the coffee chocolate balance was perfekt for me. Thanks so much for your answer

PUL Team - March 27, 2022, 8:45 p.m.

No need to be ashamed, Alice, we do it all the time! Sounds lovely though and we're so glad it was enjoyed 😊

Annelies - Feb. 11, 2022, 2:52 p.m.

Loved it! We drank it all. Ready for spring now. 😄

PUL Team - Feb. 11, 2022, 5:29 p.m.

We're ready for spring too, Annelies!

Divya - Jan. 13, 2022, 7:43 p.m.

Hi there! I was just wondering how many ounces the jar I’m the video was? I just want to get an idea of how many servings would go in my mason jar. Thank you!

PUL Team - Jan. 13, 2022, 11:09 p.m.

Hi there, Divya 😊 We used a jar that fits about 16 - 17 oz (around 2 cups) that look similar to these: https://amzn.to/3IA0RC1 - We hope this helps for now!

Hannah - Jan. 11, 2022, 3:42 a.m.

I am not a fan of coffee but your latte recipe video has so many delicious recipes I want to try! Is it possible for me to omit the coffee granules, and if so would I have to adjust the other ingredients to compensate?

PUL Team - Jan. 12, 2022, 4:06 a.m.

Hey Hannah, you can omit the coffee granules! If you don't have a sweet tooth, you could reduce the sugar content a touch as well and then add more sugar to taste if desired 🙂

Jasmine - Jan. 3, 2022, 3:16 a.m.

I made this for myself and did the mix to give as gifts. This is Christmas in a cup! So delicious and so comforting!

PUL Team - Jan. 3, 2022, 5:01 a.m.

So glad it was part of the holidays, Jasmine, thank you ✨

Caroline - Jan. 1, 2022, 8:13 p.m.

A lovely strategy, Caroline 🤗 We hope you enjoy the recipe and wishing you a Happy New Year as well!

Lisa - Dec. 26, 2021, 3:40 p.m.

I really don't like coffee, can I leave that step out of the recipe? You guys are doing a great job. I'm a big fan! Keep up the good work and love.

PUL Team - Dec. 26, 2021, 8:31 p.m.

Hey Lisa, feel free to omit the coffee if desired! Thank you for the kind words and support 💚

Curt - Dec. 23, 2021, 10:02 p.m.

Tried this and it's freakin' delicious! So glad I have mix ready to go when I need it. I drink this every day!

Aw we appreciate the kind words so much, Curt - enjoy! 🎉

Meghan - Dec. 22, 2021, 7:45 a.m.

Made a batch of six of these for my family members and one for myself and I am in LOVE. It actually tastes amazing and I'm so excited to give away for Christmas!

PUL Team - Dec. 23, 2021, 1:42 a.m.

Woohoo! We're so thrilled a PUL recipe is part of the special occasion. We hope they love it too, Meghan 😃

Karmen RQ - Dec. 22, 2021, 2:28 a.m.

Dear Sadia,

I lovelovelooove your channel! I've been a fan for years, now. You always come up with delicious, healthy recipes and your indications are invariably clear and to to the point, aside from being a lot of fun to watch ;)

I'm thinking about preparing this mix for my parents as part of a festive gift basket, but I wonder if I could substitute the mint candy with actual dry mint leaves, since both of them are well over 80 and the recipe already calls for 6 plus grs of sugar per serving.

Thanking you in advance for your kind reply and wishing you a lovely holiday season from Gran Canaria,

Karmen RQ

PUL Team - Dec. 23, 2021, 1:34 a.m.

Hi there, Karmen, thanks for the question and kind words! A festive gift basket sounds like a fun idea 😃 Feel free to omit the mint candy if desired in this one. The results are still delicious 🙂

Alternatively, mint leaves may make a fun addition. We haven't tested it out, but since mint leaves tend to be fairy concentrated and wilt when wet, it may be best to start with less and add more to taste if desired for a minty flavour. We hope you enjoy the mocha and sending an abundance of love to Gran Canaria!

Carmen Riera Quintana - Dec. 31, 2021, 12:50 p.m.

Dear Sadia,

Just to let you know that I got my hands on some sugar-free mint candy to add to the mix and the results were absolutely amazing! We had a mug of this delicious mocha with some butter cookies and Pfeffernüsse yesterday and it was a treat. My parents were delighted, and so was I ;)

Thanks again, Sadia & the whole PUL team. Have a lovely New Year's Eve & Day,

Karmen RQ

PUL Team - Dec. 31, 2021, 10:26 p.m.

Hey Carmen, thanks for the update! We're so glad the mocha was enjoyed. Wishing you and your family a very Happy New Year!

Marnie - Dec. 22, 2021, 12:11 a.m.

Lovely holiday coffee and so easy to prepare! I made a jar of the powder and enjoy a cup every morning, but mine isn't as beautiful as Sadia's.

PUL Team - Dec. 22, 2021, 4:48 p.m.

Aw we're sure it looks amazing, Marnie! Our images are also edited which can enhance the natural hues. So glad the mocha was enjoyed in any case 🙂

Simona - Dec. 21, 2021, 8:35 p.m.

Hey! I made it twice already and it's really suuuper fast and tastes delicious. I didn't add the peppermint candie cause I don't like it and it still tasted amazing.

PUL Team - Dec. 22, 2021, 4:41 p.m.

A lovely modification, Simona, thanks for sharing!

Anujna - Dec. 21, 2021, 1:24 a.m.

My mum and I absolutely love this recipe!! My mum refuses to consume any refined sugar, so I made this for her with just some dark chocolate peppermint candies (unsweetened), cacao power, TimHorton’s instant coffee and oat milk, and to my surprise she loves it! In fact she asked me to make this for her this morning again instead of coffee!! Earlier this month she helped me assemble this in several jars that I’ll be giving away as presents. I had a tough time connecting with mum for a while and we actually bonded over this! So thank you so much Sadia! Sending you lots of love and wishing you a very merry Christmas!

PUL Team - Dec. 21, 2021, 6:01 a.m.

So kind of you to gift it, Anujna, and we're beyond thrilled the recipe helped foster a connection between the two of you! Sending an abundance of love and holiday wishes your way 💚

Lauren - Dec. 20, 2021, 6:02 p.m.

I wanted to give this mix as a gift for a few people because who doesn't love a peppermint mocha?! I made a batch for myself to test out first and wow...it's sweet, cozy, delicious, and easy to make! I'd 100% recommend making this!

PUL Team - Dec. 21, 2021, 5:31 a.m.

Oh, Lauren, it means so much to hear - thank you! 😃

Charlotte - Dec. 19, 2021, 6:30 p.m.

If I could give this drink 5+ stars I would! I absolutely loved it and now I have two tubes of peppermint sweets so I have all the more reason to make it again many times! Your Mocha Smoothie is my fave so really no surprise I loved this with the festive minty twist!

PUL Team - Dec. 21, 2021, 5:11 a.m.

Awe we're so happy to hear, Charlotte, thank you for the very kind words ✨

Annuzza Bella - Dec. 18, 2021, 2:21 a.m.

Just made the mix and tried a cuppa… just right for a cold and rainy Pacific Northwest evening. I used a blend of unsweetened almond milk and an unsweetened coconut-almond creamer. Lit a couple of candles and am enjoying the coziness of this delicious beverage. Thanks for the recipe!

PUL Team - Dec. 21, 2021, 2:16 a.m.

Ohh this sounds so cozy, Annuzza! Thanks for sharing 😍

Babita - Dec. 15, 2021, 9:02 p.m.

Hello, love the recipe I made quite a few as presents, do you do a hot chocolate recipe as well? Thanks

PUL Team - Dec. 16, 2021, 4:51 p.m.

So lovely to hear, Babita! You may be interested in our Golden Vegan Hot Chocolate (pickuplimes.com/recipe/golden…) or Chai Hot Chocolate (pickuplimes.com/recipe/chai-h…) recipes if you haven't already seen them. Hope this helps for now, and hopefully in the future we can share more too 🤗

Maggie - Dec. 15, 2021, 4:52 a.m.

Hey there, I was just wondering if cane sugar was used for the mix or just regular granulated sugar? I’m the video it looks slightly different than the regular granulated sugar that I have at home. I am so excited to try this!! Thank you!

PUL Team - Dec. 16, 2021, 7:26 a.m.

Hey Maggie, thanks for the question! We use raw cane sugar, which has a light golden colour, but regular granulated sugar or white sugar should work just fine 😊 I hope this helps, and I hope you enjoy the recipe!

Roxy - Dec. 15, 2021, 3:31 a.m.

I love it! Thanks

Amy - Dec. 14, 2021, 3:26 p.m.

Made this to have on hand for my guests who will be with us for the holidays and of course had to give it a try myself to make sure it was delicious....and WOW! It has the right amount of both chocolate and mint, and is so much more delicious than any coffee chain's version. I did layer it in the jar (just to see how pretty it was) and it is as beautiful as it is delicious!

PUL Team - Dec. 15, 2021, 7:01 a.m.

We're so glad to hear, Amy, thank you for the glowing review 🤩

Anujna - Dec. 13, 2021, 1:40 a.m.

Hi

I’m giving this as presents for 10 people (family and friends). I have a question though,
Would this be too sweet? I got some dark chocolate but it’s sweetened(president’s choice 70% dark), and the candy canes are also sweet, I’m worried if it’s going to be too sweet! Should the dark chocolate be unsweetened?

PUL Team - Dec. 14, 2021, 4:16 a.m.

Hello Anujna, aw how nice of you to gift it! Our dark chocolate was sweetened as well, but we imagine the recipe will be equally delicious with unsweetened dark chocolate too. If your gift receivers don't tend to have a sweet tooth, you could add less granulated sugar to the mixture. They can always add more later if they prefer it sweeter. We hope this helps for now and the 😃

Anujna - Dec. 14, 2021, 7:08 p.m.

Thanks for letting me know!! I’m excited for them to try it 💃🏻
I’m waiting for Christmas Eve to fry it myself 😅😂

Alycea - Dec. 12, 2021, 3:24 p.m.

Cold dark Sunday here in France. This went down a treat, and was a lovely treat!
The coffee cuts across the sweetness and the the peppermint adds a festive sense.
Can't wait to try the others.

PUL Team - Dec. 14, 2021, 3:52 a.m.

So glad the mocha was enjoyed, Alycea! Sending an abundance of love to France 😃

Nadia - Dec. 12, 2021, 2:18 p.m.

I think it’s safe to say that this is my new favourite cozy-up drink😄

Madhuri Akalwadi - Dec. 10, 2021, 12:30 p.m.

We tried it, used mint candy called polo(with extra mint) which is easily available in India. It turned out awesome. I have been watching your show since 3 years and I am a huge fan of your work. I have read many books you suggested.
Thank you for doing just a great job. Love your work and always eager to watch and try your new recipe

PUL Team - Dec. 11, 2021, 9:20 p.m.

Oh, Madhuri, this is so incredible to hear! Thank you for the kind words and for helping make our PUL community so special 🥰

Bhavani - Dec. 9, 2021, 10:46 p.m.

If I were to make this as a present, what
ounce size jar would I need to be using to get a 24 servings to fit?

PUL Team - Dec. 10, 2021, 5:51 a.m.

Hey Bhavani, great question! We used a jar that fits about 16 - 17 oz (about 2 cups) that look similar to these: https://amzn.to/3IA0RC1 - I hope this helps for now 😊

Annette - Dec. 9, 2021, 7:32 p.m.

Nice idea for little Christmas gifts - came just in time!
