Super quick and easy to whip up, made this during my lunch break. Still delicious, comforting and filling. The gochugaru is really nice and not overly spicy, and I never had shimeji mushrooms before but they have a nice umami! I’ll definitely this again, maybe w different mushrooms/veggies :)

I love this. I've made it a few times and my husband made it last night for his spice-averse family so we scaled that down a bit. It tasted very flavoursome still but it felt like it missed something. It turns out he forgot to add the stock cubes!

Love this recipe! I made with a little less gochugaru but added some gochujang - it was delicious
it was both too spicy and bland at the same time :( also the gochugaru burned immediately even though I only had it on medium heat. I was able to save it with some soy cuisine and more soy sauce etc. but probably won't make it like this again.
This is like a hug in a bowl I will definitely be making this again. Had no mushroom sauce so used hoisin 💚

Love this! So easy, quick and delicious with a great spicy kick. I used oyster sauce instead of the stir fry mushroom as I couldn’t find it and it turned out great!
This was really nice and fun to make! I couldn't find a bottle of mushroom stirfry sauce so used the same amount from one of those sachets of stir fry sauces, replaced gochugaru with paprika and a pinch of chili powder to make it milder and added 2 noodle nests. It was still delicious!
This truly was so quick to put together and very tasty! I didn't have mushrooms so I subbed with zucchini - very delicious meal with rice!
Just made this and it was DELICIOUS. Didn’t have gochugaru, so it didn’t get the rich color, but it tasted divine.
If I don’t have gonjugaru what can I replace.
