⅓ cup (85 g)peanut butter
Directions
- Line a baking tray and preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C)*.
- Add all the dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix.
- Add the wet ingredients to a saucepan over medium-low heat and mix until smooth.
- Add the wet to the dry ingredients, mix well, then transfer to the lined baking tray.
- Spread everything out evenly, then bake on the centre rack of the oven for 22 - 25 minutes, stirring once halfway.
- Remove from the oven and let the granola cool completely. It will continue to harden as it cools. Enjoy!
Notes
- †Refined coconut oil is coconut oil that doesn't smell or taste like coconuts. If you prefer a distinct coconut taste, use unrefined coconut oil instead.
- * We used top and bottom heating (not fan-assisted/convection).

- Store sealed in an airtight container on the counter for up to 3 weeks.
