Directions

  1. Line a baking tray and preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C)*.
  2. Add all the dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to a saucepan over medium-low heat and mix until smooth.
  4. Add the wet to the dry ingredients, mix well, then transfer to the lined baking tray.
  5. Spread everything out evenly, then bake on the centre rack of the oven for 22 - 25 minutes, stirring once halfway.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the granola cool completely. It will continue to harden as it cools. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Refined coconut oil is coconut oil that doesn't smell or taste like coconuts. If you prefer a distinct coconut taste, use unrefined coconut oil instead.
  • * We used top and bottom heating (not fan-assisted/convection).
