We made this for Christmas and to be honest, I don't even like brussel sprouts - BUT I LOVED THIS! Oh my, amazingly delicious, crunchy from the dough and nuts, and juicy-fruity and mustardy and parsley-ly and I don't even know how to make the superlatives of it all.

One of my favourite recipes on this app. Love it. Instead of making it on one big pastry sheet I cut it to 10 - 12 rectangles and make small versions. A little more work putting ingredients on top, but creates cute pastries ideal to serve to the guests with nice crust all around. Also easy storage in container, although hardly ever there are any leftovers to store.

This is an amazing flavour combination, although I might have used the wrong mustard or just a little too much. I would advise to be careful with the mustard, if you are not terribly fond of it's flavour since it can become overpowering quickly.

Used some leftover sprouts to make this. The taste was unexpected and delicious. I used pomegranate sauce/molasses instead of fresh ones as I could not find it in the supermarket. Amazing and different snack.
The recipe picture was so beautiful that we had to try it but weโre suspicious of the ingredients. However-it paid off! The flavors blend beautifully and the texture throughout remains so interesting and satisfying. It would make a great appetizer for your foodie friends!
