These chocolate truffles are soft, gooey, and have a lovely flavour profile that combines chocolate and warm spices. Enjoy these with a cup of tea, or serve them for dessert.

It was so fun making these and yes a little messy but if you don’t mind getting your hands dirty then it’s a winner. I may go a little lighter on the chocolate next time but they still came out delicious

So glad the Chai Infused Chocolate Truffles were enjoyed, Natasha! Thanks for sharing your experience with them 😊

So indulgent! You weren't kidding with the "roll quickly" tip, it is a bit messy like others have said but SO worth it!

It was a little messy to do but I like the chai flavour.

I used coconut cream and they didn't solidify so we ate eat with a spoon😋 delicious! Next time I will try it differently so I can shape balls. 😊

Bien que délicieuse, cette recette est très salissante à réaliser. Beaucoup de gâchis de chocolat sur les mains et beaucoup de temps pour essayer d'enlever le chocolat sous les ongles. Je ne suis pas faite pour ce type de recette

Hey there, Marguerite, we're glad the taste of the truffles was enjoyed. This recipe can indeed be a bit messy. In case you give it another try, you can consider using gloves when handling the mixture and refrigerating it for longer before shaping the balls. 😊
Fun combination for sure: chai spices and chocolate, what can go wrong?🥹 Sadly, I used a too bitter/intense 70% chocolate, which suppressed the flavours of all the nice spices. Need to try this recipe with a milder chocolate.

Thanks for this comment! Was about to make this with 70% and will now instead get something else ;)
