I loved it and used actually dried mushrooms to make a stock. The only thing is that I should have boiled in advanced the mushroom stock so that it would be more deep in flavor, but it was very yummy. I also added the juice of healthy lemon. I think it brings up the flavors. Love it.

Delicious, warm and comforting. I substituted the water and buillon cubes for homemade mushroom and vegetable broth. Of course it takes longer that way, but I think it‘s worth it. Loved it, will make it again in the future!
Where do you get the mushroom cube? Which brand? I cant find it in germany
