God, that was so good, thank you.
Loved the recipe! The lemon is a must, not optional. It came together super easily and it was very hearty. I didn't have cream so I blended up some cashews with water and that did the trick. Also added kale instead of spinach, need to cook it a tad longer with kale but the overall taste was amazing! Thank you PUL team.
Easy meal and delicious. Thank you!
Lovely warming soup. Perfect to use ip any vegetables we had around
Loved it. The lemon is a must in my opinion at the end. I also added chilli flakes and the pepper as suggested. It is cold and I do enjoy some heat in my food and it was the perfect meal for a cold rainy day. It is quite fulfilling with a small portion though so be careful with the suggested portion sizes, but you can always keep the rest as leftover I guess. I did exactly as the recipe suggested but did not think it was thick. But the liquid consistency was fine with me. You may need to add some cornflour if you like thicker consistency in the soup.
Hearty soup! Simple yet declicious!
This is pretty good, Totally different to what I'm used too. If I was to make it again I'd increase the garlic and reduce the herbs, but that's just for our tastes.
Great. Reminds me of a childhood-soup what's makes it tasting even better 🤩
Not my favorite PUL recipe, but I still ate the leftovers. I wouldn’t remake.
Amazing!!! I loved it so much.
I tripled the garlic, and it turned out very similar in taste to one my favourite childhood soups, which unfortunately has chicken. So this was a very pleasant discovery.

Incredible- definitely add lemon. We also added avocado as a garnish to the second bowl. So good on a cold evening.
S(o)uper easy! Made big batch for 2 times dinner and a lunch. Used kale instead of spinach, just need to cook a bit longer but sooo delicious.
Wow!! Love recipes that take simple, humble ingredients and make them shine. This is fantastic! Perfect for a dark, chilly night.
Very good. Gnocchi acts like pillowy little dumplings.
This was really good! I swapped out the cooking cream for some oat milk and added a bit of cornstarch at the end because I wanted it to be a smidge thicker. Overall very good and plan to make again!
Which kind of miso paste do you use? The red or white?
Also, what can you substitute the nutritional yeast with if you don’t have it? Could you even use cheese if you are vegetarian and not vegan?
This is pure comfort in a bowl! It wraps you up like a warm blanket on a gloomy day. Absolutely incredible! ❤️
I switched out the celery for leek and added some mushrooms that needed to be used - turned out absolutely delicious!
This soup was INCREDIBLE. A new staple. The lemon is such a delicious touch.
Turned out quite watery, had to thicken it with tapioca starch.
It was tasty, but we weren't as blown away as other commenters.
Highly recommended! This soup is the perfect comfort food - creamy and hearty. We loved it. Luckily I made 4 portions, so we had leftovers for lunch.
I love it! I ate 2 big bowls soup in one times. I think I used more peas.
I used coconut milk in lieu of soy cream and it was delicious! Every time I eat gnocchi I ask myself "Why don't I have this more often?" So I'll definitely make it a regular pantry staple because this came together pretty quickly and I would make it again.
Really nice and comforting, and quick!
Delicious!
Made this for dinner tonight and used coconut milk as the cream and holy cow it’s absolutely to die for!! I wasn’t a fan of gnocchi until this delicious soup. Thank you for the wonderful recipe
One of my favorite soup recipe ever! It was amazing
I made this tonight and really liked it! The gnocchi added a fun texture to the soup.
