High protein, healthy, absolutely delicious and freezable. This is going onto my gym days food repertoire. I didn’t have enough tofu, so added some mushrooms and peppers but it still worked well. Thanks to PUL, I’ll be able to stop buying ready meals and batch cook instead. Any recommendations for PUL high protein recipes which can be frozen please and could PUL make more freezable high protein meals in the future please?

Very good! I didn’t have yogurt so used soy milk for the cashew cream and I don’t get the sense that it mattered very much. Texture and creaminess were good!
Next time I make this I’ll add more heat though; either green chilis or some chili powder. Maybe my paprika powder is relatively mild.

We typically use regular paprika from our local grocery store, though in the Netherlands, it can sometimes have a bit more heat compared to the ones commonly found in North America - depending on where you’re based 🤗

Might be just me, but this recipe did not work for me. Was way too bland with original measurements so added a bunch more of the existing plus additional spices. So far every recipe from Pick Up Limes has been a hit so might give it another go eventually..

Hey Willemijn, we're sad to hear this though appreciate the feedback! We find that the cashew cream really helps elevate this dish, so we wouldn't recommend skipping it in case you did. Adding extra spices to your liking is also a good idea! 🙂

Thanks for the reply! I did not skip the cream and I don't mind seasoning to taste a bit more, but usually the recipes are much more accurate for me, I was surprised at how much I needed to tweak this to make it work. The food was nice in the end! Maybe I'd omit some of the water too.

This was yet another hit with us. I had to substitute fenugreek powder (don't sub for the same amount. Add less!) for the leaves because I can't find them near me. The dish was delicious. Thank you!
