This is a really great curry. I used lentils instead of chickpeas, put in a veggie stock cube, and tore up some tofu and threw it in for extra protein. Served with roti omg it was GOOD

Love love this recipe! But unfortunately it was too spicy for my partner + I. The red curry paste was a new ingredient for me and caught me off guard! Per the advice of some commenters here - I might try swapping 1 tbsp of the red curry paste for tomato paste next time! But wow, another delicious curry that definitely kept me hydrating throughout the whole meal 🤣🍛
Didn’t have coconut milk, so I subbed almond milk and it was still tasty and creamy! Will def try with coconut next time

I don’t like the taste of spinach, kale, arugula, or any other dark green leaves (except for iceberg lettuce or Romaine lettuce).
I’ve blended spinach with coconut milk in the past for your curry recipes. But would the blended kale instead of blended spinach work too? I’ve never tried blended kale in a savory dish - so I wanted your advice.

Tasty, but it needed some more heat for us.
So yummy! We used an extra tomato and some thinned-out coconut cream instead of coconut milk, because we needed to use those up. Worked well, and tasted great!
The way the instructions are written out makes it extremely easy to make and not overwhelmed!! I added carrots to mine since I had some and used curry powered instead the curry pastes since I didn’t have any! Absolutely delicious!!

I've got a bit of a cold so wanted something with a bit of a kick and a good amount of something leafy. This ticked the boxes! If you're in the UK, the Blue Dragon paste is vegan - I was struggling to find one that was. Such a quick meal to prepare, I love the time filter to find things to make after work!

What does it mean to desteam the kale?
My husband and I loved this recipe so much! I added hot red chili powder and also garnished it with chopped medjool dates to offset the spice. We both can’t wait to have this dish again.

This was good. My one-year-old even enjoyed it. It was easy to throw together once you had all of the ingredients out and prepared.
