I like the combination of white chocolate and matcha. The sweetness is perfect. The white chocolate I used formed a small layer on top which I didn't totally love. I would include step 2 in step 1 because I just moved on to step 2 when the milk was already boiling, but that's just a minor inconvenience and does no harm to the recipe. Would make it again
