We liked it a lot! I made extra more sirop, so that i can remake the matcha when i crave one!

This is absolutely delicious!
It also went well without straining the blueberries. And I drank it cold with some ice cubes. πŸ’•

How do I make it a cold drink?

PUL small logo PUL Team - March 4, 2025, 8:37 p.m.

Thanks for the question, Nikita! To make this a cold drink, you can let the blueberry syrup and matcha cool completely. Add the syrup to the glass, then some ice, the milk, and finally the matcha. Enjoy 🫢

I loooove the taste of this drink, although the matcha and the blueberry mixed almost right away. How can I fix this?

PUL small logo PUL Team - Oct. 28, 2024, 1:35 a.m.

Glad you enjoyed it, Irmen, and thanks for the question! We have added some tips in the recipe to help in the future. But, to keep the matcha and blueberry layers from mixing too quickly, we recommend letting the foamed milk layer settle for a minute or two before slowly pouring the matcha. Using a spoon to slowly pour the milk and matcha should also help with layering πŸ™Œβœ¨

Loved it but mine came completely purple

Ember Autumn - Oct. 26, 2024, 7:08 p.m.

So yummy, I'm struggling to get the layers though! How do you go about keeping them separated?

PUL small logo PUL Team - Oct. 27, 2024, 2:40 a.m.

Hey Ember, letting the layers settle is important, especially the foamed milk layer. Pouring each component very slowly, or even over the back of a spoon, to help it land gently will also help. The layers will naturally blend over time though. We have added some notes to the recipe to hopefully help out in the future 😊
