- Dollop the peanut butter over the pretzel.
- If desired, drizzle the filled dates with melted chocolate and a sprinkle of sea salt. Enjoy!

Thank you so much for this recipe! As someone who doesn’t really like dates, I’ve found that this is a perfect way to incorporate them into my diet. I used unsweetened peanut butter as I already find dates to be very sweet. Overall a fantastic afternoon snack at work!
I like it but I prefer the superseed date. It has a bit extra to it. This was really sweet for me
Super addictive! Great for a quick snack or a small dessert
So, so, so gooood! 🤍
Also works with crackers if the pretzels are not available.
If there was ground cinnamon in it it would be good
I think it is the best dessert ever you can make really good desserts
It was gooey but I liked it lots. I think it would be good if it was a restaurant dessert.
A go-to snack…I just don’t tell my husband they’re vegan!
Bought a 5kg carton of dates online and was surprised how much I got, so I‘ve been eating this a bunch: I keep a jar of cashew nut butter, a little jar of dates, and a spoon on my desk for whenever I feel hungry, it‘s amazing 😍
Always a crowd pleaser! If I put it out at a gathering, the plate clears pretty quickly! Everyone, especially, loves the surprise of the crunch from the pretzel.
This is by far the most nutrient dense, easy to understand recipes and by far tastiest vegan food I've ever followed. What a huge resource to all the world. I not only need this for my goals but my medical needs.
My absolute favourite snack now
Love this snack and takes only 1 min to make. I skip the pretzel stick and just stuff the date with peanut butter and sprinkle some hemp seeds on top. This is a great afternoon pick me up.
Amazing
One of my favorite go-to snacks. Takes under five minutes, so I rarely batch make them I just make them fresh.
These are so delicious and also so easy to make!
My 3 year old and I just made these and they are fabulous! She loved them too!
Delicious 😋

Thanks for sharing this information I love your blog.
These remind me of my favorite cookie:chocolate chip with caramel bits and pretzels. Bonus is I can make these in the Texas summer without turning on an oven. I went for a generous chocolate drizzle :)
I love this snack! Honestly, it gives candy bars a run for their money. My toddler son adores it too.
I really wanted to take the time to thank you making vegan-ism and creative cooking super simple, easy, and fun for me. Stumbled upon your videos awhile ago and safe to say that all the information on youtube as well as your website is phenomenal. I am truly blown away and so thankful for you and pick up limes!
This is one of our new favorites for me to enjoy with my young daughters. They love it, I love it. Thanks for this simple yet nutritious snack idea.
I tried these out with some guests and we all loved them. Absolutely amazing!
So simple but so delicious! The rare moment I actually had all the ingredients on hand. I will definitely be making this for friends.
Made these today😊 I didn't have pretzels so I subbed it with some toasted pine nuts which was.. Interesting?😂I think if I were to go with nuts - toasted walnuts would've probably been better 😂😂
The dates + almond butter combo was delicious😍. I mixed some table salt with the almond butter so the seasoning is evenly spread out. Will definitely make again !
Tried this today, an absolute winner!
Made these with the superseed nut butter for crunch instead of pretzels. Highly recommended. Also I really like the new website.
The dates recipe seems so easy to make! I can already imagine the combination of pretzel crunchiness and saltiness with the dates and the peanut butter o(* ̄▽ ̄*)ブ. Can't wait to try it and make for my friends! Thank you~~~
