Yummy! I didn’t have any grainy mustard, so I used all dijon. I also wasn’t a fan of the hazelnuts as a topping, so I would certainly exclude it.

Tried it for the first time tonight and it's absolutely delicious! I wasn't sure if I'd like it because I'm not a huge fan of mustard but the sauce is not too strong, it's perfect and balances the roasted cabbage very well!

This was delicious. I did not have all the ingredients for the sauce, so amended it and to a lite curry cashew sauce which also worked well. Will definitely make this again.

I made this with pointy cabbage and we all loved it. Surprisingly good ! Question; When made ahead for dinerparty how can I best reheat ? And do I need to keep the sauce separate ?

Hey Gerda! For a dinner party, you can reheat the cabbage and sauce separately to prevent the cabbage from becoming soggy. Reheat the cabbage in the oven to keep it crisp, and gently warm the sauce on the stovetop before combining them 😊✨

Made this lovely dish for dinner today & thoroughly enjoyed it.
Served it on a bed of butternut squash & potato mash & it was so delicious & comforting.

I made this for dinner last night and it was very delicious. It felt like a gourmet recipe for a good price. I served it on top puréed potatoes with garlic and a lemon wedge to cut through the sweetness. Garnished with chili flakes as suggested and it added a nice amount of spice.
