Yummy! I didn’t have any grainy mustard, so I used all dijon. I also wasn’t a fan of the hazelnuts as a topping, so I would certainly exclude it.
Tried it for the first time tonight and it's absolutely delicious! I wasn't sure if I'd like it because I'm not a huge fan of mustard but the sauce is not too strong, it's perfect and balances the roasted cabbage very well!
Made it again. The family scrapped the plates. I just need to adjust the cabbage cooking as I am using the air fryer.
This was delicious. I did not have all the ingredients for the sauce, so amended it and to a lite curry cashew sauce which also worked well. Will definitely make this again.
I made this with pointy cabbage and we all loved it. Surprisingly good ! Question; When made ahead for dinerparty how can I best reheat ? And do I need to keep the sauce separate ?

I made this for dinner last night and it was very delicious. It felt like a gourmet recipe for a good price. I served it on top puréed potatoes with garlic and a lemon wedge to cut through the sweetness. Garnished with chili flakes as suggested and it added a nice amount of spice.
