This vibrant broccoli salad is a festive, but simple side dish. With crunchy broccoli, sweet pomegranate seeds, and roasted walnuts, it holds its texture long after being dressed (making it perfect to prep ahead!). The creamy tahini dressing adds a perfect balance of sweetness and tang, making it the ideal side for the holidays, or any occasion!

Amazing recipe! Quick, simple and really satiating! I added butter beans and nutritional yeast for more protein. It came out really tasty.

If I were to add more protein to this dish, would you have any recommendations?

Hey Jinani, some ideas to add more protein are you could toss in some cooked quinoa, chickpeas, or tofu cubes. Another option is to sprinkle nuts or seeds as a garnish 🤗 let us know how it goes if you try the salad!

Thanks so much! I added black beans, Pumpkin seeds and almond slivers lightly toasted. I also swapped the pomegranate for cranberries as theyre not in season here in Australia. The dish turned out amazing!!
