Sometimes I’ll add a little vegan protein powder for muscle recovery after my work outs, but it honestly tastes amazing with or without it! I grated the carrots. Quite delicious. Note - GF oats still make many coeliacs very sick. Oats are not gluten free - my body has proven that. GF oats are just processed on clean machinery.

🥕This is my absolute favorite smoothie!🥕 Its delicious, not too sweet (I do usually omit the maple syrup) or banana heavy, uses Ingredients that are nearly always at hand and most of all, it acrually manages to keep me full for a while! For me that usually isn't the case with smoothies :)

Has become a favorite! Some days I add vanilla Vega or Sunwarrior, some days leave it as is. I use 1 medjool date per smoothie in place of maple syrup, bump to 1/2 tsp cinnamon and I bump the plant based milk to 1 cup. Yummmmm

This is a fun and different type of smoothie for me to add to my routine. I love that it uses carrots and ginger, a nice departure from the typical berries, greens, and banana smoothie varieties I frequent. It does not taste exactly like carrot cake to me personally, but it’s still delicious and I don’t think Ill get bored of it soon.

Yum! I swapped the syrup for a date as well and I used almond milk because I didn’t have almond butter so I threw in a handful of roasted almonds instead + a few cashews. It was delicious. Then I remembered my omega 3’s so I added a teaspoon of flax seeds and chia which made it thiccc so I ate it as a smoothie bowl with some chocolate covered granola instead. I preferred the smoothie though.
These flavors inspired me to try carrot cake oatmeal tomorrow 😊

Preserving I did 1 cup almond milk, used a medjool date in place of maple syrup, 1/2 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/16 tsp nutmeg, 1/2” piece of ginger, and added 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice.
Really enjoyed and will keep on rotation
