Easy and tasty

Lovely breakfast alternative! I used a food processor to first finely mince the nuts and then to mix the remaining ingredients (I was a bit lazy with the chopping and mixing 😂). Great nutty, sweet flavour, and the cups hold together so well. I have filled the cups with canned clementines or peaches and a thicker yoghurt (kesella in Swedish) during my first time trying these

A great idea to use the food processor to speed it up, Louise! Love the idea to use clementines and peaches as well 🫶

Superb recipe!

Krystale L - Jan. 3, 2024, 6:30 a.m.

Absolutely delicious. Everyone who’s tried them has loved them, including my SO who doesn’t like coconut. I used walnuts because I didn’t have pecans. Will definitely be making again. Thank you PUL!

Woohoo! So happy that the granola cups are being enjoyed, Krystale, thank you ☺️

Priscila Pereira - Oct. 18, 2023, 9:02 p.m.

Made these for breakfast today and love them. I changed a little because I didn’t have some of the ingredients. I used chia seeds instead of flaxseed; peanut butter instead of coconut oil, and hemp seeds instead of coconut. With the recipe for 12 cups, I made the 6 granola cups and 12 cookies.

Thanks for sharing your twist on the granola cups, Priscila!

Donna - Aug. 6, 2023, 4:13 p.m.

Made these this morning and they are delicious!!

Great to prep for fast and healthy breakfast! 😻
I baked 20 min at 160 degrees fan-forced.

gal s - July 17, 2023, 2:40 a.m.

Looks amazing! Can I make the cups ahead ? If so, should I keep these in the fridge or in the freezer?

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 18, 2023, 2:21 a.m.

Hey Gal, yes you can make the granola cups ahead of time and store them in the fridge for up to 3 days. Then simply add the yogurt + fruit when ready to enjoy. We haven't tried freezing them yet, but imagine the shells alone would hold up well in an airtight container in the freezer. Do let us know if you give it a try 🤗

Donna - Dec. 18, 2023, 12:42 a.m.

I make these on repeat and freeze them. They freeze well!!

Louise Magnusson - July 12, 2024, 12:09 a.m.

They are perfect for freezing (shells only!). Thawing over night or just for a few hours in the fridge before filling the shells works well

alx p - July 16, 2023, 12:50 p.m.

Very easy to make and delicious, will make them again for sure! That’s tomorrow breakfast sorted, thank you PUL team!👌❤️😊

Rebecca - July 12, 2023, 1:10 a.m.

These taste amazing but mine fell apart! What can I do next time to fix that?

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 13, 2023, 7:09 p.m.

Hey Rebecca! Did you substitute any ingredients? If not, there are a couple of other ideas:
- If the shells seem crumbly to begin with, add more flaxseeds, syrup, and/or nut butter to help them stick together
- Wait until the shells are cooled fully before filling because they harden more as they cool! If it's warm where you are, you could sneak them in the fridge for a bit 🙂
- Assemble the cups with yogurt shortly before enjoying. If we let the yogurt sit on it can soften the shells over time

We hope this helps for now 🤗

Rebecca - Feb. 8, 2024, 2:54 p.m.

Thank you for the suggestions on how to stop the crumbling! I tried it again and let it cool longer this time like you mentioned- that was my problem last time it seems. So freaking good!!

Woohoo! Thanks for the update, Rebecca, we're so happy to hear 🙌

Carmina - July 10, 2023, 4:48 p.m.

Genius idea!!!! Just made these for my boyfriend, his sister and my in-laws. They (myself included) were obsessed. Made half a batch, but should have actually doubled; they were gone in an instant😅

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 13, 2023, 7:24 p.m.

Aww so glad the granola cups were enjoyed, Carmina, thank you 😊

IzzieO - July 6, 2023, 8:27 a.m.

This is so perfect for people with busy schedules as breakfast or a mid-morning snack, and so adaptable as you can put whichever toppings you like or according to season!

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 8, 2023, 7:27 a.m.

Woop woop! So happy to hear, IzzieO, thank you 🤗

Nyk - June 29, 2023, 3:35 p.m.

Was looking around the app for the first time this morning when my 5 year old son woke up and came to see me. He immediately asked if we could make one of these foods and picked this one for today’s breakfast. Made it and he, my 3 year old daughter, and I all loved it. What a fun alternative to regular yogurt and granola!

PUL small logo PUL Team - June 30, 2023, 7:49 a.m.

Awe so thrilled to hear, Nyk, and how lovely your little ones helped 🥹 💛
