If "chestnuts roasting on an open fire" are the first thing that comes to mind when you hear "chestnut", you aren't alone! Toasting chestnut flour, before adding creamy milk and touch of sugar, makes this drink extra inviting. It's a bit nutty, perfectly sweet, and all-around cozy - just like the holidays ;)

Tastes pretty good, will try again with sifting the flour before toasting it, as it bunched up a bit and the paste was not smooth (not sure it's supposed to be ?)

Hey Solène, sifting the flour before toasting could help achieve a smoother paste texture. Whisking constantly and vigorously and slowly adding the milk can also ensure a smooth drink. You can also strain out the clumps or give it a quick whiz with an immersion blender or regular standing blender 🤗
