Amazing recipe! Great for backyard picnics, potluck and movie nights. Amazing as it looks, I will chop the asparagus into bite size pices next time. And put a lot more veggies on it :)

I used a tart dough instead of puff pastry. The taste is great, but it did not firm up at all, sadly. I would maybe use some cornstarch or substitute with a bit of firm tofu next time.

Hey, thanks for taking the time to leave the feedback. We didn't test this recipe with the tart dough so we are not sure if it could also have something to do with the consistency and how the cream bakes. The cream is not supposed to be super firm but of course not liquid. If it helps, baking the tart longer can also help it firm up more. 😊

This was delicious and simple! I am not a fan of nutritional yeast so substituted with hemp hearts and added some garlic to the tofu sauce. Our toppings were asparagus, mushrooms, and onions and it was a hit! Will definitely remake.

I've made this a couple of times already and I love how you can easily exchange the asparagus for other vegetables too!
