I misread the list of ingredients and replaced the gochugaru with gochujang, but it was still excellent! It's quick, full of flavor and perfect as a light post-workout meal, with a little pan-fried veg. I'll make it again!

I‘m making it weekly, it’s so quick and easy :) best companion of scallion pancakes. Love yours too, but I’m always working with my sourdough, when I’m feeding it. Putting the dough (starter) in a pan Scallions, sesame seeds, bit aid salt on top — all together in less than 1 minutes 💚

I’m going to make this either tonight or tomorrow. What do you eat this with? Is it supposed to symbolize Brie and you eat it with crackers? I’ve never made something like this before

Hey Katherine, Yangnyeom Sundubu, is typically enjoyed as a side dish with a main meal, such as with rice and vegetables, or with other Korean-inspired side dishes (sometimes called banchan). It's not meant to symbolize Brie and isn't typically eaten with crackers.
