Hey Louise, thanks for the feedback! If it's too rich and you wish to try the recipe again, you can use light coconut milk or vegetable broth, and skip the agave syrup. For any leftovers, adding more pickled veggies can also help balance the flavours. 😊

Thanks for that really helpful reply. Yes, I will try it with veg broth as I didn’t think of that. I sometimes find coconut milk too filling or a flavour that I have enough of after a spoonful or so and then I can’t eat the rest.

Such an amazing and at the same time easy recipe, my husband and I absolutely loved it! I only switched the chickpeas for mock chicken as I am not a chickpea lover. I didn’t put the “chicken” in the oven though, only the cauliflower, I just fried it quickly in a pan. Apart from that I followed the recipe, used the toppings, and as I said: it was just too good.
