Such a great recipe, I just find it a little light on spices so we just double the spice and it’s perfect for my husband and I!

Oh my goodness, this is incredible. I made some white rice and raita to accompany the main dish and the combination was heavenly. I'll definitely make this again.

Loved this recipe! Overall very good and easy! I think having measurements for the potatoes/cauliflower/tomato would be helpful (ie approximately many grams of each is ideal). My aloo gobi felt a little on the blander side but I suspect it’s because my veggies were bigger and needed more spice. Would definitely make again!

Thanks for sharing your experience with it, Kelly, and the feedback to help us improve. We'll note it down to explore. In case it helps in the meantime, we use medium-sized potatoes which are around 130 grams each 🤗

This was a great, budget friendly meal for the family. Even my omnivore husband had seconds! When I make it next time, I think I'll try adding more tomato/paste/water for a bit more sauce!

This has always been one of my favorite Indian dishes and I love that I now have an easy and delicious recipe to make it at home - it’s a perfect warm and comforting winter meal

Awe we’re so happy that the aloo gobi is being enjoyed, Nina! Especially with the personal collection to the recipe 🙌

I had to tweak the recipe a little bit because of some food allergies, but oh my, this recipe is so good! It's the first one I've tried on the app, and I'm so happy I picked it! It's definitely one I will be making again. All the spices blend so nicely together, and I love the different textures between the potatoes and cauliflower. Honestly, I had used a sweet potato just out of habit of grabbing them, but it still worked lovely in the dish.

How fantastic to hear, Kena! It's wonderful that you were able to adapt it to suit your food allergies, and the blend of spices and textures made it a hit. Sweet potatoes sound like a delicious alternative 🤗

Delicious food, served it with steamed rice and yogurt cucumber . Yummy 😋

preeti - Nov. 8, 2023, 5:39 p.m.

You can skip onions when making aloo gobhi, as onion makes the dish sweeter whereas cauliflower already is a “sweet” vegetable. You could also start with fenugreek seeds in oil first or sprinkle some dried fenugreek seeds at the end to add some biterness/reduce cauliflower’s sweetness further.

Thanks for taking the time to share this, Preeti, we'll definitely try that out :D

Shada Sinclair - July 25, 2023, 7:25 a.m.

I looooove this recipe!!! Was out of ideas and just typed in cauliflower on the app and this showed up! Definitely making it again! Yum yum yum! The spices are *chef’s kiss* 😍

Yayyy so happy to hear, Shada - happy cooking 🥰

Delicious and really easy to make. The spice blend was fragrant and tasty without being overbearing. This has quickly become a staple for our household.

Hannah - June 4, 2023, 4:09 a.m.

This was really good. I think my cauliflower and potatoes were on the larger side as the spice was more of a hint than a pow. Adding more spices, another onion and another tomato next time.

PUL Team - June 5, 2023, 6:21 a.m.

Hey Hannah, thanks a bunch for sharing your experience with the Aloo Gobi! It's super helpful so we can improve. We've updated the potato and cauliflower amounts in the recipe to avoid overestimating. Happy cooking! 🫶
