Very tasty, even though I'm not a big celeriac fan. I think making this with potatoes only would make this even yummier.

Looooove this!!

Super delicious and cozy. Perfect for fall and winter. Next time I would precook the celeriac a little bit as well as it took longer in the oven to cook through.

What a treat this recipient is 🥰 Cosy, rich, flavourful, just perfect for autumn 🍂

This was delicious! The two of us got through so much of this dish 😂 It's lovely after a long walk, but next time, I'd make this as a part of a roast dinner. I think with some roast seitan and steamed veggies it would be epic!

Mmm love the idea of pairing it with roasted seitan and veggies 🙌 thanks, Rob!

Can we substitute celeriac with anything else? It’s kinda difficult to find it here

Hey Savvas, you can substitute celeriac with parsnips, turnips, or even extra potatoes for a similar texture. Each will give a slightly different flavour, but we imagine they'll work well. Let us know if you experiment with any modifications 🫶

Thank you so much for the ideas! I’ll give it a try and I’ll let you know!
