This is one of my favorite meals, I make it almost every week. It comes together really fast and it's very flexible.

By the time the veggies were cooked, the potato was still raw, even though we cut it quite small. We had to bake the tray longer, which caused the veggies to burn… and otherwise I think the flavors were a bit boring, even though we’re fans of tahini.
If I would make it another time, I would have to change quite a few things.

Thanks for sharing your experience, Maya! Sometimes there's variation between potato varieties, for instance, waxy potatoes might retain more texture, compared to a creamier variety. We generally use potatoes that are similar to Yukon Golds, we have added this as a note to the recipe. If this is the case, you might need to pop the potatoes in the oven for a few minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients from step 2. We appreciate the review in any case to help us improve.

Excellent 😍 un plat beaut et riche en légumes et en couleurs. Comme d'habitude je n'avais pas tout les ingrédients. J'ai remplacé les carottes par des tomates cerises et l'avocat par du chou rouge. C'était délicieux. Parfait pour les soirées moroses et pour l'automne. Bien que la recette semble très versatile au niveau des légumes, je pense que la pomme de terre est un indispensable pour le côté réconfortant du plat. A refaire !

I spiced the dressing up with some turmeric added a pinch of black sesame for garnish and replaced the broccoli for some raw zuccini cause we hade no broccoli at home :3 still really delicious thanks for the receipt

Hey there, Felicia, thanks for sharing your experience with the dressing. In case it helps, there can be variations in tahini. For example, white tahini is made from hulled sesame seeds, which has a milder and sweeter flavour compared to brown tahini made from unhulled sesame seeds which some people find more intense and nuttier.

If you have any extra dressing you'd like to salvage, you could add a bit more sweetness from agave or maple syrup to balance it out. Acid, from a bit of lemon juice to taste, might also help 🤗

Delicious and easy To prepare in batch cooking. How much apple cider vinegar To replace the lemon ? And also why only good 3 days in the fridge . I always keep my vegan cook meal about 5 days 😬

Hey Katya, vinegar is sharper than lemon, so start with 1 tsp (5 mL) vinegar per half lemon to start, then taste test and add more as desired. We prefer enjoying this dish within 3 days for the most fresh flavours and textures, but you could probably get away with a touch longer. As for freezing the veggies, in our experience, defrosted potatoes don't keep their form so well and are a bit gritty, so we haven't tried. You could still freeze it and the taste should remain good though 😊 Let us know how it goes if you give it a try!

Such an easy dish to make, but so delicious! The tahini sauce is amazing! Love how this is a quick chop and chuck in the oven dish too, as it makes it great for weeknights. I was super lazy and bought a microwave pouch of quinoa to make this even easier 😂 This is such a satisfying meal and packed with veggies!

Hello PUL team, I am enjoying cooking your recipes and App. Thank you for making it so functional and easy to use. I have tried few recipes and I loved them all. This one came out to be dry. I diluted the dressing but still struggled with dryness. Any tips for next time?

To prevent dryness next time, you could consider tossing the veggies in a bit more olive oil and roasting them for less time so they don't dry out as much. The dressing is also what helps to add flavour and sauciness to the dish, so be generous with it! We hope this helps for now 🤗.

I had tried HelloFresh because I really need help in the kitchen. They bring everything to your door but it's super costly and if I want to remake it they don't provide the ingredients to the dressings that it comes with. With regular recipes I need more than just words and even though some provide pictures they usually only have one picture.
This app takes both of what I liked in HelloFresh and regular recipes. It provides more than just one picture but I can also look up some of these videos. I found one recipe on IG and when I looked it up in this app it was there. I absolutely love the timers that are included and the nutrients included are an added plus that I absolutely need now that I'm trying to lose weight.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for making this amazing app and this incredible recipe is super easy and delicious. I've tried so many different apps and there's nothing like this one. This is exactly what I needed. God bless you!

I made this tonight expecting it to be fine/good, but it knocked my socks off! The tahini sauce really took it to the next level. I used ACV because I didn’t have lemon juice. So, so good. It tasted a little like cream cheese to me.
I’ll make this again and again, with whatever veggies we have on hand :)

Oh, I should say I used 2 cloves of garlic in the dressing, and cooked 1 cup dry quinoa and this made 4 good size servings, plus 2 bowls of veggies for another day! This is for sure on my repeat often list!
