I made exactly to the recipe and it was delicious! Simple to make too - used my nutribullet to blend the sauce.
I made this with pasta as another commenter suggested and it was incredible! I boiled 225g dry pasta for 4 servings but will add about 20g more next time I make it
I made this dish with mint instead of basil as I couldn't find any at the shops I went to for whatever reason. I added a dash of cumin since I felt like it would fit quite well. And I also used chickpeas and black beans instead of butter beans because they had to be used first.
We really enjoyed the dish very much. The whole thing (4 portions) was eaten in one sitting by two adults and one toddler, so it really was a hit. I can imagine that it tastes just as well with basil, which I'll hopefully try in the future.

Effort to taste ratio very high, will be keeping this in my arsenal for days when I don't feel like cooking but still want something nourishing and tasty. So glad to have discovered this recipe. I even forgot the bouillon and it still was lovely.
I read the comments and thought "it can't be that good..surely?". I made it tonight and wow! The combination of greens with the brightness from the lemon juice and zest, garlic flavour was amazing. I used Cannellini Beans as I ran out of Butter beans. So good! Wish I had made a bigger portion. Love it. Instant classic! 😋

Delicious! The lemon juice adds a nice touch to it. Pepper flakes gives it a hint of spice. It was so easy to me. I’ll definitely make again. I just used an immersion blender so I didn’t have to transfer everything to a regular blender.
This recipe was so delicious! I didn't have enough butter beans, so I used cannellini beans as well. Served over rice and my spouse and I both couldn't resist getting seconds!

This is such an amazing and forgiving recipe, my family loves it! I've made a few variations already, adding arugula, parsley, zucchini, frozen and defrosted spinach. Swapping the beans for gnocchi. It's a wonderful flavor combination, quick to make and very delicious!

Very fresh, quick and tasty dinner! I didn’t have any yogurt, so I added 1/4 c of Silk whipping cream instead. I also added some pine nuts on top along with the zest, olive oil and red pepper flakes.
I followed someone else's advice and added some pasta to this and, wow this was so easy, fast, and delicious. And I'm a huge fan of the beautiful green color
