Directions
- Heat the oil in a medium pan over medium-high heat. Add the breadcrumbs, spice mix, and salt.
- Stir frequently for 4 - 5 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden.
- Allow the breadcrumbs to cool completely before storing. Enjoy on your favourite pasta, soups, salads, or casseroles!
