Delicious and creamy! Made it for Christmas yesterday and everyone loved it! Thank you so much for this amazing app! Merry Christmas!! 🎄❤️

Kim Tee - Nov. 30, 2024, 8:30 a.m.

Doubled the recipe for a party. People liked it so much, they ate as an appetizer *and* added to their main. Got my stepson and his partner intrigued about the app, so I've bought them a subscription for Christmas 🎁

Oh goodness, Kim, you always know how to make us feel so special! ☺️ It means so much that the dip was enjoyed, and thanks for sharing the love 💛

Jude - July 19, 2024, 1:57 a.m.

Love the combination it was delicious! Next time I'll blitz cooked white beans into the mix to extend the amount. Thanks pul

Freya Chase - April 3, 2024, 9:25 p.m.

I have made this three times. Everyone loves it and it is gone too quick. Will make again today and double the recipe.

PUL small logo PUL Team - April 4, 2024, 4:45 a.m.

So glad you're enjoying the dip, Freya!

Marguerite De Valois - March 18, 2024, 6:36 a.m.

Dip original et sympathique en goût mais demande beaucoup de travail pour ce que c'est. Je n'ai mis que la moitié de liquide prévu et pourtant c'était déjà un peu trop liquide

Marguerite De Valois - March 18, 2024, 6:39 a.m.

J'ai oublié la dernière étape qui était de cuire le dip au four pendant 20 minutes 🙊 voilà pourquoi c'était trop liquide. La consistance gratinée est certainement encore plus chouette 🫣

Kathryn - Feb. 12, 2024, 6:04 p.m.

This recipe was AMAZING! I haven’t had spinach dip since going vegan years ago so this dish was comforting in so many ways. I didn’t notice one reviewer say that their turned out”watery” and I think that might be because nowhere in the instructions does it say to thaw and drain the excess liquid from the frozen spinach. I did that regardless and the dip turned out nice and thick and delicious. It was a hit at our Super Bowl party last night!

PUL small logo PUL Team - Feb. 12, 2024, 11:57 p.m.

So glad to hear that the dip was enjoyed as part of the festivities, Kathryn, and great catch! We've added a note to the directions for people making this dip in the future.

Bernice Addison - Jan. 28, 2024, 4:43 a.m.

This tasted good but it turned out so watery! And I followed all of the instructions to a T. Maybe because I soaked the cashews for 4 hours?

PUL small logo PUL Team - Jan. 29, 2024, 9:40 p.m.

Hey Bernice, it's possible that soaking the cashews for 4 hours contributed to the watery consistency. We imagine it was more likely the moisture from the vegetables used though. If you give the recipe another try, you could try cooking the onions for longer so more liquid evaporates, and starting with less vegetable stock or soy milk. We can always add more liquid if needed 🤗

Martunia - Jan. 4, 2024, 11:03 p.m.

Not a fan of artichoke but I decided to give this recipe a go. I think I actually prefer it cold rather than hot and definitely don't use it as a bread spread - it's way too saucy.

Suzy B. - Dec. 25, 2023, 10:52 p.m.

Such a crowd pleaser! I've made it a few times for get-togethers and everyone asks for the recipe.

Phillipa - Nov. 26, 2023, 8:20 p.m.

This took me a little while longer than suggested but it was worth the wait. I think I will make this the next time we have guests over. The combination of spinach and artichoke is splendid. Thank you for this recipe.
One small thing: the timer on the last step is set for 40 minutes whilst the description says to bake for 20 minutes.

PUL small logo PUL Team - Nov. 27, 2023, 12:51 a.m.

Hey there, Phillipa, we're glad the Spinach Artichoke Dip was enjoyed! It's a lovely recipe for get together. Great catch with the timer as well! We've updated the timer to be 20 minutes long, and the total time has also been adjusted to account for more time to make the recipe - thanks so much for helping us improve what we do! 🤗

Connor - Oct. 29, 2023, 4:13 p.m.

Made this two nights ago and it was sooooooooo good. I will absolutely be making this again. Very straight forward and super satisfying!!

Woop woop! So glad the dip was enjoyed, Connor, thank you 😊

Juli - Sept. 28, 2023, 1:38 p.m.

Amazing dip! So so yummy. Spinach artichoke dip is my favorite and I missed it so much when I switched to a plant based lifestyle. This scratches that itch! Made it for a dinner party as an app and everyone loved it. Definitely going into my rotation.

PUL small logo PUL Team - Sept. 28, 2023, 3:30 p.m.

Oh we’re so thrilled that the dip was enjoyed, Juli! It’s one of our favourites for get togethers 🤗

Laura - Aug. 28, 2023, 6:04 p.m.

Artichokes 😍 love every dish with it 🤤
My mistake was that my used plant milk was a bit too sweet for the dip (normally i use it for smoothies and it’s not like sweet sweet but still apparently makes a difference). But anyway i loved this recipe 😌
btw the texture is so gooooood (expected more liquid) 👌👩‍🍳

Britt - July 13, 2023, 2:27 a.m.

Delicious and very easy to make.

The cook time was 20 minutes in one place and 40 minutes in another. Not a problem, just an fyi. Will definitely make this again!

PUL small logo PUL Team - July 14, 2023, 8 p.m.

Oh goodness - great eye, Britt! We've just fixed the typo thank you 😊

Margaret - June 28, 2023, 12:45 p.m.

This was easier to make than I thought it would be! It’s so delicious and creamy!

Roxana M - June 25, 2023, 12:06 p.m.

Delicious and nourishing, definitely a crowd pleaser 👌🏻
