It takes some times to make but they are my new favourite! So much better then the ones from the grocery store ๐ Switched the mushroom with tofu which worked out perfectly <3 Going to make a big batch and freeze them, hopefully they will cook up just as nicely!
What kind of dough are those "dumpling wrappers"? I live in Austria on the country side, I only knew Tortilla wraps to buy from the store... don't think they would fit well here, so what would you reccommend as an alternative please? :)

The flavor was amazing. My potstickers really stuck to the pan and fell apart so I steamed the rest and that worked great. I donโt have a nonstick pan so that was my issue.

Oh my gosh these were so tasty! I was lazy so I didn't pleat them as nicely but they still looked really nice and tasted 10/10!
