Delicious! And very quick if you don't need to look at the instructions that much anymore! Would recommend a tiny bit more maple syrup, other than that, it's amazing!

I feel like the broccoli should be blanches before for a bit. Mine were really raw. Also this recipe should be cooked in a wok.

Hey Clara, blanching the broccoli may help if you prefer it softer! As for the wok, it could give a better stir-fry texture, so feel free to try that next time. Not everyone has access to one so we opted for a sauté pan to make the recipe more accessible 🤗✨

Great recipe. Quick, flavourful, nutritious. Added smoked tofu for more protein, which worked really well. Used Ramen noodles 🍜 which worked great. Winner!

Tasty. I enjoy baby bok choy so this is a winner. A warning though: rice sticks were the closest I could find. They needed to be boiled to lose their crunchiness.

So delicious! I struggle to make stir-fry dishes that both taste delicious and still leave me feeling good after (I usually feel greasy or bloated from oil and salt in them), but this delivered on both goals!
I swapped out the edamame for pan-fried tofu just due to preference and *chefs kiss* this is going in my saved recipes!

Oh my goodness, this was an amazing dish! Loved the crunch of the bok choy, the sauciness of the noodles, and the heat (I did sneak in some extra Japanese chilli powder). Will definitely come back to this recipe again and again!
