Iā€™m trying to find flatbreads that match the ones used in the recipe images. Is there perhaps another name for them? When I search, I get rectangular flatbreads for pizza or lavash and not the round ones pictured in the recipe.

Hey MK, thanks for your interest in the recipe! You're totally right, different shops (and even different countries) can call them differently. Growing up in Canada, we always called them "pita breads" so you can give that a try. Here in the Netherlands though, they're labelled as "Lebanese bread", though you could also try searching for "Greek-style pita" or "foldable flatbread". That said, any shape will do! šŸ¤—

This is definitely a wrap to give lunch envy šŸ˜‚ It's so good! Love the crunch from the roasted tortilla and the veggies make it so fresh. I can't find harissa sauce here, so just subbed that with some hot sauce instead.
