What a great sandwich! I think this is a case where less is more when you are adding the veggies, as it would be easy to overfill it. Everything works so well together though, so don't skip on anything! A super filling and fresh meal!
It's okay but I prefer other sandwich recipes from the app, this one doesn't taste special to me, probably because I like raw veggies to an extent but get bored when there's too much :)

I made this for lunch in focaccia bread. Very colourful and tasty sandwich. Will definitely remake. I didnt put cucumber though. Also used tomato and chilli jam
I did have a bit of trouble keeping everything on my GF bread, so I was a mess while eating this... but worth it! Trying to figure out a way to solve this minor issue so that it will be a sandwich I can eat on the go, with a friend, or at work/school. The taste was SOOO GOOD!😀
One of my go-to sandwich recipes! I tend to switch around the veggies (bell peppers, various greens and herbs, beets, purple cabbage or radicchio, plain and pickled carrots, tomatoes, etc.) and sauces, but the hummus, cucumbers, avocado, and pickled jalapenos and/or olives are the essential ingredients for me!
This sandwich was so good! I was doubtful whether I'd feel satisfied after a veggie sandwich but this really hit the spot! I feel so good after eating it. It's refreshing and satisfying.
Hi. There is a link under the ingredients that says buy ingredients on amazon fresh... But they didn't look like the same products you use in your pictures. The sweet chili sauce for example, the first 3 ingredients are: water, sugar, wheat. There are 19 ingredients total in the sauce, which seems very highly processed to me. I was wondering if you, a nutritionist, have vetted the products you are recommending people to purchase and that you support people eating these on a regular basis?
Also, what sweet chili sauce do you, personally, use?

Really delicious! I used homemade hummus, lettuce instead of spinach, black olives instead of green, pickled red onions instead of raw onions, and I also added some sliced red bell peppers. I forgot the carrots and omitted the sweet chili sauce. Thanks for the quick lunch idea!

A family favorite and our go to sandwich when traveling. When in a hurry this is a great meal to fill you up fast. More often than not I have Greek olives instead of green olives......either type of olives keeps this sandwich delicious.
To be honest, I'm not a huge sandwich person. But this veggie sandwich was so delicious it shocked me. So simple, but not in a bad way! It allows the individual flavors to shine. This recipe helped me fall more in love with honey mustard and get creative on how I use it~
