So good. I know I will make this often. I put it in my hot coffee. I'm going to freeze it for ice cream next.

Alexis Bushnell - Feb. 3, 2025, 3:01 p.m.

I didn't love this, it wasn't sweet enough for me and didn't mix very well, but I have a bannoffee coffee recipe I usually make which is incredible so maybe I've been spoilt!

Haha, this is a perfect recipe for teaching/tricking people to become coffee drinkers 🤣. The banana flavour pairs incredibly well with a small shot of espresso (for me, less than 60 mL [1/4 cup]), but I can imagine that it is a heavenly match with chocolate or tea☺️. I find that this recipe does not really require any ice cubes or dates; using frozen banana makes this drink sufficiently sweet and cold.

I have successfully meal prepped this recipe by dividing five portions across five plastic boxes and frozen them. It is perfect to take one portion out of the freezer the same day and prepare the drink for an afternoon fika. The banana cream will just have had time to thaw, being liquid enough to drink but cold enough for the creamy cooling effect

I made this multiple days in a row during a heatwave and it was an amazing way to start my day! I can’t believe this isn’t a coffee shop staple. So easy to make and so good! Coffee and banana are the flavor pairing I didn’t know I needed. I made it with a ripe banana and no added sweeteners and it was perfect for me.

Yess coffee and banana are such a fun pairing 🙌 so glad you're enjoying the latte, Sara!

Amazing and refreshing! Next time, I will not add the sweetener (dates/syrup) beforehand, since it's sweet enough for me without

Ann Mary George - Aug. 11, 2024, 5:02 a.m.

Do you mix it while drinking? Waiting to try it.

PUL small logo PUL Team - Aug. 11, 2024, 3:37 p.m.

Hi Ann Mary, we stir the latte well before drinking to mix the banana cream with the espresso. You can mix it while drinking if you'd like as well 😊

ANN - Aug. 13, 2024, 3:25 p.m.

I tried them yesterday with slight modifications as I didn’t have few ingredients. Oh my the taste grew over me. My husband is asking for more. lol. Thank you so much. I just love your accounts. I’m following you in YouTube since you moved to Netherlands ❤️. I miss your teatime Tuesdays.

i was skeptical at first but then told myself "in sadia we trust" and was not disappointed! i took only half a banana for one portion and for me, the flavor was potent enough :) would recommend to try!

Oh that sounds amazing! I don't like coffee though, do you think it'll be good with hot chocolate instead?

PUL small logo PUL Team - Aug. 10, 2024, 5:39 p.m.

Ooo hot chocolate sounds incredible, Stefanie! We imagine the banana cream will add a deliciously creamy and sweet touch to hot chocolate. Let us know how it goes if you try it out 🤗
