- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into bowls and top with desired toppings.

Delicious and easy - well worth having to freeze courgette (I am from England and refuse to say zucchini) chunks the night before 💯
I use mazafati dates instead of medjool (tripling the number of dates), and it's by far sweet enough.

Soooo delicious ! I used So soymilk for extra protein and adler 40 grams of chocolate protein powder. Next time i freeze it for an icy snack for my grandson ( without the coffee)

That‘s the recipe that made me fall in love with Puck Up Limes. It is soooo good. I use almond milk and abit mor cashews and banana. To me it tastes like a McDonald Chocolate Smoothie in the best way!

Just ! 2 dates suffice totally for sweetness, even 1 i think if someone doesn't like too sweet.
And it's too thick made like this, so i added 1 cup of water to 1 cup oat milk ;)

I absolutely love this! I just knew i had to try this since I absolutely love coffee and chocolate. I struggle with getting my nutritients in and this is such a tasty and easy way to sneak a lot of them in! Especially love the addition of zucchini because you don’t even taste it.

I made this and, as expected, it tasted amazing!! In the ‘Storage’ part it says that it’s better to enjoy immediately, however I’ve been told that you can make a smoothie, pour it into an ice cube tray and freeze. To drink it you can just thaw in the refrigerator or blend with more milk. What do you think? Would it alter the taste?

Yummy! Grateful to have a way to use up some of my zucchini from the garden. I subbed cacao nibs (and doubled the amount) in place of cocoa. I also used macadamia milk instead of oat. Has a nice caramel hint to it, but it's not too sweet and not too bland. Thank you!

Thank you so much for this delicious recipe!! I grow my own veggies and around this time of the year most of us gardeners ate zucchini in all possible ways and tend to get a little tired of them but they still produce an abundance of fruits... In the surge to find new ways for the use of zucchini I found this recipe thanks to your filter options. I changed it up a little (skiped the coffee, added some cinamon and peanut butter) and was super amazed with the result - unbelievable, that there are no "bad" ingredients in it!! And of course I'm super happy to have found another way to use (and store!) some more of my plenty zucchinis :)

Another masterclass smoothie! I’m probably a bit childish (or love the simplest of joys), but I giggle whenever I eat a perfectly creamy and balanced PUL smoothie😆😋. Love the cacao and espresso: it feels like eating a liquid praline. I seldom have frozen zucchini at home, so I used one banana for one serving. I think the sweet banana isn’t an issue, as the bitter ingredients dampen the former. I also liked to substitute roasted cashews for the same weight of cashew butter. It mixes up so well with the rest. Again, topping this smoothie with PUL chocolate fig & hazelnut granola and berries becomes an indulgent breakfast👌🏻
This is my favourite smoothie! i can't make it creamy for some reason, but i prefer it that way because i like to drink it instead of coffee. I also like to add a little peanutbutter or haselnutbutter. Thank you Sadia
This smoothie is one of my favourites for sure! I am not usually a coffee drinker but the combination of chocolate and coffee is too good to miss in this recipe. We enjoy this thick and creamy smoothie regularly at home and you would never know there was zucchini in there at all! I love the combo of flavours in the smoothie itself and the toppings add an extra something special.
I have tried a lot of your recipes and in love with all of them. But this one is exceptional, I am a chocolate and coffee lover so as you can imagine I looooooove this one. It's perfect with granola and banana coins. Thanks a lot for this recipe.
I've been using a hazelnut instant coffee in this recipe and its been great!
Not a fan of medjool dates growing up, but because of PUL, I started using it for meal preps like this and I'm enjoying it so far.
