This was really nice and flavors I would have never thought to put together myself! Next time I’ll reduce the pasta quantity a bit as I found there was a bit too much pasta for sauce/filling ratio.

This one was just ok for me. Came together quickly and tasted good, but overall just fine.
Thank you for another great recipe! Instead of pasta, I served it with "Schupfnudeln", a kind of pan-fried potato dumpling and it turned out really good. I already know that this will become my go to way to prepare leftover cabbage.

Used the ‘dobra Kaloria-spicy sausage made with ‘boczniak’ mushroom and some wheat protein, they ar e much healthier than ‘beyond meat’

So delicious!!! Just made it tonight for a quick dinner and it’s completely gone! They were arguing over who was going to get the last bite. The spice is perfect. Red pepper flakes added just enough heat, & the cabbage and onion were a little crunchy. I never would have guessed at this combination- but it’s literally perfect 😀
that’s delicious! but no wonder with that hunk of butter ;) next time i think i will use a bit more cabbage, has cooked down quite a bit. i added a tablespoon of vegan raclette cheese to the sauce which emulsified it even more and looks silky 😋

Delicious! I subbed field roast for beyond because of my budget but it fit with it very well! Super simple and easy, especially if you buy your cabbage pre shredded ;)

Cabbage is never an ingredient I experiment with; probably because of childhood memories of school dinners with over-boiled vegetables! Thank you for yet another recipe that highlights this vegetable. I am so happy we are eating more cabbage, and greens in general, in our house and we owe that to you and your team.
If anyone is yet to try the cabbage butter noodles I urge you to give it a try.
