Really, really good. Getting over a cold, and this is exactly what I needed. The chili flakes and garlic added some gorgeous heat. Definitely make the sauce, and I’d recommend adding a bouillon cube - the broth itself is pretty mellow.
It’s tasty, warm and the sauce brings all the flavours together. Great really! Next time I’ll add some roasted pumpkin seeds as crunchy tasty decoration

This was so delicious. I added in veggie bouillon and the sauce is just yum.
I must say this one is mediocre at best. It is lacking in flavour. The herbal sauce doesn't help with that. The soup needs acidity and some saltiness.

Me & my partner make this recipe pretty much every week. It’s simple and nutritious - bonus it’s super easy to alter while maintaining it’s deliciousness so it doubles as a “clean out fridge” dish.
The herb sauce brings it all together! We add lots of red pepper for an extra kick and indulge in using one of our more expensive olive oils to maintain a deep flavor in the sauce. Highly recommend ❤️

I added dried dill as I forgot to buy fresh one this morning, and I also had some broccoli wilting in the fridge, so I decided to add that as well. Otherwise, I stuck with the recipe, and I'm surprised how easy and quick it was to prepare. Everyone in the comments is praising the sauce, and I have to admit it's really yummy. I know the recipe was meant to be low in sodium, but it wasn't salty enough for me, so I added more salt to my plate.
