Quick question before I attempt to make these... Is there supposed to be lemon juice in the actual merengue or just in the Strawberry sauce?

Hey Terhi, oh goodness - thanks for catching this! We've just updated the recipe for clarity. There's lemon in meringue for sure, and while we did also add lemon juice to the strawberry 'blood' to make it more tart, you can choose to leave it out if sweeter 'blood' is desired ๐ Enjoy!
