I LOVE this loaf!!! I really enjoy the stronger spices, and that's it's dense yet moist at the same time. In my dream vegan coffee shop, this would be a seasonal staple. ❤️💚❤️💚
Unfortunately mine was dense and not moist at all 😟
I used a silicon mold smaller than the one suggested (10x20cm), so i baked the loaf for 10 minutes longer, cover with foil, because the center wasn’t cooked already. Maybe this is the reason why it was so dense ☹️
