Surprisingly good! I’ve never eaten sweet potato as a sweet breakfast so it was really fun to make and a new favorite meal for brunch!

I'm really a savoury breakfast person and have always opted for other recipes in lieu of this one. However, now my husband also has your app 😊 and saw this and made it yesterday. I can't comment on the ease of preparation but the taste is great and we will definitely be making it again in our family. Thank you for introducing the sweet potato and berry combination to us.
