This speedy breakfast has everything needed to start the day off right: grains, fruit, and protein. It's packed with fibre, vitamins and mineral. It also happens to be fantastically delicious, and one of our favourite morning meals, although it works equally well as an afternoon snack.
Place the frozen berries in a microwave for 2 - 3 minutes at 600W, or until defrosted. Alternatively, the berries can be heated on the stove.
Layer the ingredients in a bowl, and enjoy!

I second Anjakefala! I was never really a fan of yogurt parfaits, but the combination of banana, flaxseed, and granola is just out of this world! It's such a delicious treat, and yet I feel like I'm nourishing all my cells when eating it!
