How long can I store the pickles in the fridge? Once I buy a radish bunch (I see the big ones in German market), it lasts me a century.

Hey Preeti! The pickled veggies should last about 1-2 weeks in the fridge when stored properly in an airtight container (make sure the vegetables stay submerged in the liquid)! If the radishes are unpeeled, they can last about 1-2 weeks in the fridge. The skin helps protect them, keeping them fresher for longer! We also love using daikon radish in our traditional vegan kimchi recipe which can be stored for up to 3 months 🤗

I've been willing to try this one for a while now, but I don't own a cast iron skillet. Is it possible to cook the seitan in something else, or will it change the recipe too much?

Hey Traficote, you can cook the seitan in a regular non-stick or stainless steel pan! Just make sure to use medium-high heat and a bit of oil to help it caramelize. It might not get the same deep char as a cast iron skillet, but it'll still be delicious! 😊

I like the combination of flavours! And I love the seitan too (made it many times already) but I feel like the seitan was too spongy in this recipe. Next time, I would cut the seitan before frying.

The marinade is super yummy. I love the lemongrass taste! Next time, we'll add some more of the vermicelli noodles. We used some radishes that were at the market in our pickling veggie combo - worked well!
