Korean Style Sausage Stir-Fry

Prepared as a camping meal last summer and it was delicious. Substituted gochujang for half the ketchup and it worked wonderfully.

Couldn’t find the usual vegan sausages I like at the supermarket so tried this recipe with mock beef pieces and was surprised it turned out so nice! I also added in some broccoli to help clear out my fridge. Such a simple but yummy recipe, will be making again!

This dish was a big hit! I had to sub green onion for the onions and halved the sugar as per my usual. I was surprised how much I loved the sauce, it was phenomenal. Going to make again this weekend!
