Do you use canned chickpeas?
I was tired of the regular old hummus and wanted to try something new. This hummus is still close enough to the regular hummus that my husband liked it, but with a nice caramelized onion taste. 100% recommended 😋
This was the first time I have made hummus and glad I picked this one....its delicious 😋 I look forward to make more.
Pour changer du houmous classique, très sympa
Just to clarify, are the caramelized onions reserved for topping or blended in with the other ingredients to make the hummus? And would a sweeter balsamic fig vinegar work or do you think not? Thanks!
This sounds fantastic, and will be making it. I love caramelized onions! Have you ever tried using different beans in hummus. I have tried white bean hummus and it’s a little more mushy but I can’t tolerate chickpeas.
This was my first time making hummus at home + this blend of flavors did not disappoint! So simple, yet empowering to know I can make this at home by myself and not having to buy it in store! Can’t wait to experiment with more flavor combinations on this app. Thanks for another great recipe PUL! 💚
Thank you for this recipe too it was delicious and the first time I eat hummus and I liked it so much that I made it this week end too😆. I ate it with carrots, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper and whole wheat bread and if you know of other vegetables that would go well with it please tell me 🙂
Easy, creamy and tasty !
Easy to follow recipe. I used less lemon juice as it was quite strong and a bit more water (I had chick pea water I added instead of regular water), hummus tastes yummy ☺️
Love the taste 💚
This the best hummus recipe!!
OMG, this hummus recipe! I love it! :) I'm at home with my little baby, and this "cooking" was my me-time yesterday evening, I really enjoyed it. Thanks for the recipe ♥️
I never comment on recipes, but this was one amazing!! The onions make a huge difference to the taste. Thank you PUL!
Another very inspired and creative hummus! Thanks for all the ideas! 😁 Here're some suggestions from me: artichoke, shiitake and za'atar hummuses! Yum!
This was nice!
I say to my mum: "Mum, I know, it won't be modest, but I made an absolutely superb hummus" And that's true! The thing I modified was not adding salt and it's delectable! Thanks for the recipe!
Nice variation on the regular hummus! Nice condiment for vegetables. As I didn’t have balsamic vinegar at home, I used pomegranate syrup for the sweetness. It works quite well😌
