Never heard of pulled oats before, so I added soy chunks. It tasted good.
I used mock chicken pieces and more veggies to use things up. It was absolutely delicious 🤗
I omitted the sweetner since I find the carrot and the onions add some sweetness and I like my main courses to be as little sweet as possible. I also cook for our baby, so I leave out the chili or hot sauce while cooking and add it to individual servings, as needed. It turned out well. 🙂

I substitute pulled oats with 1medium side potato. It tastes so good. I'm from Malaysia, and the dish almost resembles like nasi goreng but I would say healthier vegan version.
