Would the weight of the ripe jackfruit be about 270 grams? Thank you!

Hey Aileen! It can depend a little on the size and how they're packed. We've found a piece weighs between 20-25 grams, so 180-250 grams would be good in this recipe for 12 muffins 🫶

Incredible, my flatmate loved them, they couldn't believe how good that was. I usually never cook dessert but this isn't too sweet in taste, perfect with coffee ! Thanks for the recipe !

These are so delicious! The jackfruit is unexpected, but so yummy! Just what my pregnant, ‘hungry-all-the-time’ self needs!

This is a different take on a banana muffin. The crumble really elevates the muffin itself. It's a wonderful snack especially because my husband and I are looking to cut down our sugar intake especially after dinner.

Thanks for sharing the review, Nikisha! 😊

I accidentally bought a can of ripe jackfruit, thinking it was young jackfruit and this recipe came to the rescue. The muffins taste amazing! Ideal for afternoon tea.

Yayy we're so glad that the muffins were enjoyed, Martunia!

Easy to prepare and so tasty! The mashed bananas are so beneficial for the moist muffin centre, which contrasts well with the sugary crystallised shell that surrounds the muffin. Using vegan butter is a great advantage with these muffins vs using coconut oil, and I think that the dough was manageable! Sadly, I did not manage to find the ripe jackfruit in my Swedish supermarket, but I used canned papaya from the Asian section. Sweet and juicy addition for the muffins, but I hope that I can find the jackfruit as per recipe. Overall, a filling afternoon fika

Gosh thanks so much for sharing your experience with the muffins, Louise! Canned papaya is a lovely idea in the meantime 😊

The jackfruit gives them an unusual, but good, taste. The batter seems really dry at first but it gets moist as it bakes. Next time I might add 1/4 cup chopped pecans or try subbing a LITTLE bit of pineapple for some of the jackfruit.

Mmm pineapple is an interesting idea, Rebekah! Let us know if you experiment with it 🤩

I expected these to be yummy but I didn't expect them to be THAT yummy!

These were delicious! Even though I messed up and skipped a step with the crumble and might have used the wrong type of jackfruit. They were still amazing and I would make again! I’m sure they will turn out even better next time when I follow all the directions 😜
