I was so ready to make this after my huge grocery shop the other day… only to realise I bought cabbage instead of cauliflower… 🤦🏽♀️ BUT it still turned out fantastic!!! So wholesome, so filling and loaded with veggies. I pressure cooked the lentils and had some leftover rice - perfect for a work from home weekday lunch 😋
A bit too salty, but still very good!
Delicious! I love the dressing. Just make sure you read the instructions unlike me :D it's 1 cup of cooked lentils not 1 cup of dry lentils which you'll later cook :D
Lovely. So easy and great way to use up random veggies. I did need to add more sesame paste to get my sauce to thicken up. Will def be making again.
Tout simplement excellent. Un très joli plat rempli de légumes tendres et à al dente. La sauce donne toute la saveur nécessaire. Ne pas hésiter à être généreuse avec elle et à refaire cette recette quand on veut manger plein de légumes. Une réussite !
Amazing 🤩 just what we needed for a super nutritious, yet easy, dinner. All my cells feel nourished from this super balanced bowl!
Really tasty, will be making this again. Swapped for tahini and apple cider vinegar as I didn’t have the original ingredients. Finally, no sugar or maple sirup added. The dish has enough flavours as it is.
Very good! Made it a second time today and I used dried green lentils instead of canned ones and cooked them together with the rice. Also used tahini. My bf normally doesn't like broccoli - but requested to eat this today ;).
Beaucoup trop de sauce !! Diviser par 2
Yummy, healthy, balanced dish! I liked the flavor that the sun-dried tomatoes brought to it.
This was a great dish! I used 90-second lentils and rice and pre-cut vegetables to speed up the prep time. Also subbed peanut butter as I didn’t have sesame paste - still delish!
This was a tasty quick and easy savory meal to make for dinner! We used chick peas, shallots, broccoli, and cauliflower and didn’t add the sun dried tomatoes because we didn’t have them on hand.
Good, but not my favourite. The sauce was a bit bland even when I tripled the hot pepper. I did like everything else.
Very tasty! Love the sauce (used tahini).
I was a little bit skeptical - didn‘t know whether my family will dig „just“ lentils, broccoli and cauliflower but they did! No leftovers, such an easy yet amazing dish! Thank you!
I ended up switching up some ingredients (I needed a pantry-cleanse and I'm doing a no-buy month challenge 😌🤞) -I changed couscous for rice; black bean for lentils; tahini for Asian sesame paste. Only the sauce was a bit runny (I'm guessing due to tahini's consistency), but it didn't affect the taste. And it still tasted greaaat! Oh I also needed to chop up broccoli and cauliflower way smaller because my bf can't handle them in large sizes 😂
I can't wait to make it again using the original ingredients next time! 😻
Thank you Sadie and the PUL team. 💚
Hallo! Bedankt!
Could you please indicate which would be a good substitute for the lentils due to intolerance and for the tomatoes, due to no availability? Thank you!
Wow, another recipe with the perfect bright flavors. Thank you
