Tried this tonight- really easy to make. The sauce is amazing. I cooked some green veg and mock chicken on side that was plain to go with the spicy sweet noodles - loved it- will definitely make again

Hey Luiza, we used peanut butter for this noodle recipe, although we think almond butter would work well too. Our peanut butter was a natural variety with a slightly darker and grainier texture which is why it looks a little like almond butter 🫶✨

Digne d'un plat étudiant, facile, rapide et efficace, et bon et réconfortant. Idéal quand on est pressé ou qu'on a la flemme. Comme d'habitude je n'ai pas suivi la recette : je n'ai pas de sauce champignons alors je n'en ai tt simplement pas mis, j'ai remplacé la fausse viande par des haricots blancs, et je n'avais pas d'épinards alors j'ai mis de la mâche. Hi Agnieszka, Taiwanese noodles are a type of flat noodle often used in Taiwanese and other Asian-inspired cuisine. They have a slightly chewy texture and are great for absorbing sauces. They're also known as knife-cut noodles or knife-sliced noodles (Dao xiao mian). While any noodles can work for this recipe, using Taiwanese noodles adds an authentic touch 🤗

Awesome dish, depending on what kind of peanut butter you use, you might have to add some extra water to dilute the sauce a bit. The water you boiled your noodles in works great for that.

I made some modifications to the sauce, because my husband needs to eat lower sodium, but the basic components were there and it was really delicious! Instead of mock chicken, I sauteed some veggies that I had prepped over the weekend, and it still only took 20 min to get it on the table. This will definitely go in our regular rotation.

Hey Erica, the mock chicken we use is the Albert Heijn house brand here in the Netherlands, although any non-breaded option would work. Two other common brands include Gardein and Tofurky if you're based in North America 🤗

This is just soooo good!! I did it 2x - second time with tahini paste as I had no peanut butter. Less creamy, but still the sauce is amazing! I would definitely recommend to use this type of noodles, they are perfect for this creamy sauce. Also instead of mock meat I used firm tofu which I prepared with chicken seasoning and fried. This is gonna be on my weekly menu!

Just made as a friday dinner for myself. Used egg noodles and tofu instead. Loved it!! I made some modifications to the sauce, because my husband needs to eat lower sodium, but the basic components were there and it was really delicious! Instead of mock chicken, I sauteed some veggies that I had prepped over the weekend, and it still only took 20 min to get it on the table. This will definitely go in our regular rotation.
Loved that this recipe was super quick. I missed some veggies and added some Thai eggplants

This is just soooo good!! I did it 2x - second time with tahini paste as I had no peanut butter. Less creamy, but still the sauce is amazing! I would definitely recommend to use this type of noodles, they are perfect for this creamy sauce. Also instead of mock meat I used firm tofu which I prepared with chicken seasoning and fried. This is gonna be on my weekly menu!

Oh my gosh, this was so delicious and simple! I didn’t have peanut butter, so swapped it out with almond butter and added agave instead of sugar. It still turned out so well! Simply delicious. :)
I love this recipe! When I don’t have mock chicken I usually use tofu or green peas and it’s always delicious. 🤤
Another great recipe- I would add more soy sauce to better balance the sweetness versus the saltiness, but that’s just my personal preference. Thank you PUL 🙏🏽♥️

This is seriously so delicious -maybe a bit spicy for my spice-intolerant self, but I am working on it! I thought that I might not add the spinach as I don't like it that much but I am actually so glad I did and it turned out so good! Definitely a new add to my favourites list!

Just made as a friday dinner for myself. Used egg noodles and tofu instead. Loved it!! Will definitely make again. 😍 I would recommend taking it off the heat immediately after pouring in the sauce, because I had it on a bit too long which made the sauce evaporate (?) and it became kinda dry. Just added a bit more water to fix it 🫶🏻

I don’t know what I did wrong, but it seems like 1 cup of water is too much, I’ve added it to the noodles and it’s a full on soup… waiting for it to boil out…

Very delicious! I made this for dinner with big pieces of sour dough bread and tossed the rest of the pear into a salad on the side. The pear in the sandwich with the cheese and kimchi is just so tasty!
