Hey Bri! We get our mushroom stir-fry sauce from our local Amazing Oriental 🤗 It can be substituted for general stir-fry sauce if needed. If you'd like to make your own, a mix of soy sauce, mushroom broth, a touch of sweetener, and a thickener like cornstarch could work! Perhaps one day we'll share our own recipe for mushroom stir fry sauce ✨

My husband and I love this receipe. It does not take us more than 15min to cut, cook, and assemble everything. We sometimes eat it once a week, specially on those days, when we have to work at later hours and don't feel like cooking. But I agree with previous comments: It requires a good mushroom stir fry sauce and some crispy chilli oil to make it savoury and spicy. :)

I had to make my own mushroom sauce, so just searched the Internet and found a nice one using shiitake mushrooms.

What I really like that it is super easy to make. It is really delicious. I made it already 3 times and finally nailed it. I just added double portion of the soy sauce to make it slightly saltier.

Easy, tasty, quick. I used yu choy, frozen corn defrosted using boiling water, and added a grilled tomato for more colour and flavour. 😋

Hey Somya, this recipe is indeed more simple than the other ramen recipes we have. For more depth, you can always add more mushroom stir-fry sauce which adds quite a lot of flavour, or consider stirring in some Asian sesame paste for some creaminess - I hope this helps! 😊
