All the family love it
So great!
I made this recipe already a couple of times. Normally I use the teriyaki sauce from the supermarket but today I used the mushroom stirfry sauce and that really made the difference in taste! Now it is even more delicious ;)
Easy to make, however lacked depth of flavor
It's definitely one of my favourite easy dinner ideas
Another hit with the family. Thanks
So quick! So tasty!
So delicious!
Love this recipe! I’m a huge fan of the super quick and simple meals that serve two. Tonight, this recipe saved me from settling for popcorn for supper. Totally delicious and will definitely become a reason to always have mushrooms on hand!
Note à moi même. Recette à ne faire qu'avec des pâtes Udon, avec des nouilles ou des soba c'est moins sympa
Such a lovely quick dish! It's tasty, but not heavy and much better than a takeaway if you can't be bothered to cook. We got in late this evening so this was a perfect solution!
Simple and good but my udon noodles took more than a few minutes. In future I’ll prep them before beginning.
very tasty for the effort involved, however we prefer a bit more punch in our dishes.
This was super simple to make but lacked a bit of flavor to our liking!
So delicious! I found the sauce was not as strong as I would’ve liked it (didn’t have a mushroom stir fry paste so I made it 1:1) but that could’ve just been my experience 💓
This became our go-to recipe whenever we don't feel like cooking but don't want to order take out, cause we want a healthy meal
Zeer lekker! So simple, yet so good!
What would be a good substitute for mushrooms? I really don’t like them but want to give this a try since the rest sounds quite tempting
Delicious quick and easy lunch. Amazing.
amazing 10/10 🤩 we used mixes asian mushrooms (king oyster, shimeji and enoki) instead of the shiitake mushrooms and it turned out perfect !
Due to allergies, I omitted certain ingredients and replaced them with others but I’m constantly making this in different ways and loving it! 5-star recipe.
I didn’t have shiitake mushrooms so I substituted it for king mushrooms. It still tastes as good!
:-) I had the half of all the ingredients needed, but still with that it was super delicious.
I took champignons, soja salt-reduced, chopped garlic and green onions.
Great recipy! Next time I'll be more organized.
So good! I usually hate mushrooms but they were so good in this. Shiitake mushrooms were hard to find but they were so tasty. Will definitely make this instead of takeout any day!
Thank you for something that is so quick but still has flavour and nutrition. As another user suggested I used some radish but I cooked them as they were going off. These mixed with some rolled dried tofu (not sure of the name but it's the long tubes of dried tofu from my local asian supermarket) worked a treat. I had to use dried shiitake mushrooms. Will definitely be making it again.
The prepare step on the app is brilliant! Thank you for making my cooking more organised.
Another love at first bite of food. So far, every (!!) recipe has become a new favorite. Such a great addition to our menu. Thank you Sadia and the PUL team 💚🫶🍽️
Simple quick and delicious
Very delicious! We changed the sauce to the mein chow sauce. We didnt have the mushroom sauce... :) It wasso so good!
Yummy 🤤
Lovely and you can change the sauce to keep it varied
So good and so easy, I will be bookmarking this to make again! I recommend serving this dish with a fresh element, maybe some pickled turnip or radish would be extra delicious :)
Very creamy and tasty. Love it! Will be doing again
I added some sweet chili sauce because the dish felt a little unbalanced. Next time, I'd defrost the edamame and measure out all the sauce things ahead of time so the noodles wouldn't get as soggy/overcooked as mine did.
Yummy! Instead of edamame I added green peas. Still delicious 😊
I love this recipe, so delicious ! 😋🫶🏼
Absolutely delish!!! And so quick to make! I know this is going to be a favourite of mine for a long time! :D
Easy and quick.
I used white mushrooms.
Probably my favorite recipe so far! So quick and SOOOO delicious 🤤
I‘ve already made it twice, and will probably make it many more times 😃
I am not a mushroom fan but this recipe seemed easy and frankly in the past 6 weeks I've made it twice because it was just that easy and so delicious.
I just love coming on your website for recipe inspirations and because the cuisines are from around the world I am able to try them all, even if it's with a twist.
Great recipe when you don't feel like cooking! Easy, speedy and delicious <3 For the spicy lovers add a little sriracha at the end.
Shiitake mushrooms were too expensive to buy where I live so I used another kind, but the recipe came out delicious anyway! It's the second recipe I am trying from the app and I will be definitely making it again in the future!
This was so easy and delicious!
It was quick and tasty. I will definitely make this again.
This was easy to make and delicious.
So quick, easy, and packed with flavor! I had to improvise on the mushroom stir fry sauce with a Thai chili sauce and dash of black vinegar. Delicious!
We all loved it. Did use dried noodles instead of wok ready. Added other veggies to bulk it out.
Tried this for tea, found mushroom stir fry sauce at local Asian Supermarket. Very easy to make but very tasty and enough for two nights 😁
I adored this recipe but my udon noodles dont take on as much of that lovely colour- is there a particular variety or brand you prefer to use?
super yummy and easy recipe! i’m glad i gave this one a try, won’t be the last time i make it :D
Swapped the mushroom sauce with teriyaki bc I didn’t find it in the store and the dark soy sauce for kecap manis. But still turned out tasty!!
freaking delicious!! Comforting and satisfies the cravings for noodles… PLUS it’s ready in 10 mins.
Added a bit of chili sauce to make it gold. ❤️
I didn’t have the mushroom stir fry sauce, but I substituted it for something I have at home and it came out delicious. My toddler likes it too! 🥰
So quick and easy! Love this recipe!
I did it with oyster sauce and spaghettini, and it was really good. Thank you PUL Team my lunch break in 10 mn 🙏🏽
Great!!!
Super easy and delicious!
Very delicious! I skipped the green onions though.
I am so so obsessed with this recipe!! Somehow even “quick” recipes always end up taking me much longer than they’re supposed to (maybe I’m slow at chopping?) but this one is actually lightning fast to make! I’ve made it twice already and I’m always surprised by how quickly it comes together and how flavourful it is despite the minimal ingredients! Like others have mentioned I wasn’t able to find mushroom stir-fry sauce where I live so I just used a generic one. I also subbed in portobello mushrooms because my grocery store didn’t have shiitakes. I scaled the seasonings up to 1.5tbsp soy sauce, 2.5tbsp stir fry sauce, and 3/4tsp garlic powder, and used twice the vegan butter. This has definitely become an instant staple for me, thank you so much!! ❤️
Definitely a keeper! One portion was a bit too small for my man, for me it was perfect.
So quick and simple but so delicious.
I am adding this to the meals I make while camping
Delicious and filling. Both servings were for me so I was glad 😊 I went back to the store to get more mushrooms so I can make it again the next day. I did take a few liberties because I am not vegan but I love the meatless option. I could find the mushroom stir fry sauce so I chose a sesame ginger shoyu sauce. I cleaned my bowl. ❤️❤️
Very straightforward, and a perfect two person portion (two women, might not be enough for men). Will definitely become a work week staple
So good! Added peppers and used stir-fry sauce…yum!
Tasty! I didn’t have the mushroom stir fry sauce so I experimented. Instead of adding the soy sauce and stir fry sauce, I used the whole sauce mix recipe from one of my favorite recipes by pickuplimes- the spicy garlic tofu dish- and I think it worked out pretty well.
This is just lovely and so quick to make. I discovered mushroom stir fry sauce a while ago and am always happy to find new recipes using it. I used button mushrooms instead of the shiitake and had the noodles with a side salad. Delish!!
i used bulgogi sauce instead of the mushroom sauce and it was so delicious!
Is there a swap for, or a homemade version of the Mushroom Stir Fry sauce?
What a success 🤗 happy I went for this recipe
I did not have mushroom stir fry sauce, but I made it with a sauce pulled from a separate recipe that had used gochujang, maple syrup, vinegar, and soy sauce as its components. Delicious!
Lovely recipe! So quick and easy
Easy, quick and delicious! I added a bit of gochujang to the sauce and oh my, I can eat it on repeat!!!
I love the taste and how quick and easy it is to make! :D I used brown champignon because I didn't know where to buy shiitake and forgot to buy spring onions but still it tasted amazing. Also I'm glad I've been introduced to a new sauce - the black bean garlic paste.
Vraiment délicieux et vite fait
Easy, quick, and delicious!
How in the world am I going to to choose and make 400+ recipes !! I want to try them all! I Love your app so far ! is so informative and creative. It’s all in one. Thanks so much for make it!!!
Such an easy, quick weeknight meal. I couldn’t find mushroom sauce at my grocery, so I mixed up a garlic, honey, hoisin, and soy sauce mixture. Delish!
made this numerous times at this point, so quick, easy and satisfying!
May I use peas instead of edamames?
So so good! Easy, flavorful, definitely making this again!
Much better than takeout & fast
We loved this
Delicious and super easy. Could not find any mushroom sauce, but teriyaki also works great :)
Super quick and easy to prepare! What a great recipe for a busy week.
Mahalo nui from Hawaii!
quick, easy, and great depth of flavor from the mushroom stirfry! Thanks for the quick staple weeknight meal.
Another win! Made this with peas instead of edamame and it was delish! Super easy to make and perfect for lunch/dinner. Love this! And will make again!
Perfect for tonight! Thanks!
This was so good!
Maybe weird, but mixed the soy with peanutbutter, turned out realllly good (I love a bit more creamy textures) delicious recipe either way!
This was delicious. I didn’t have mushroom sauce, so I added a bit of miso. It was really good!
So yummy! We made our own sauce and added a bit of broccoli. Great weeknight meal!
Quick, easy, and delicious!
Love the udon noodles! I didn’t have mushroom stir fry sauce, but I had something similar and the dish turned out great! This is a keeper.
